Jobscope:
- Assist customers with their inquiry and help troubleshoot their issues
- Handle high volume inbound calls in a fast paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Monday to Friday, Weekends off
- 8:30am - 6:30pm working hours

- 1 year inbound call centre experience
- 2 years or more of stability in your prior positions
- Have valid reasons for leaving prior positions
- At least B for Mathematics & English in SPM
- Ability to assist local and international customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
