Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company. This position involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, planning and managing impactful marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will not only excel in creating opportunities to expand the customer base but will also ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from the first point of contact to post-sale support.
As a key representative of the company, the Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, managing customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional service. The role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and enhance sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for business growth.
- Create and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Measure, analyze, and report the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, recommending improvements for future strategies.
3. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and responding to comments or messages promptly.
- Monitor social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
4. Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful graphics or videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding, voice, and marketing objectives.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Service:
- Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data to improve customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
- Address customer complaints or issues, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction while maintaining professionalism.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to enhance products, services, and overall satisfaction.
6. Customer Service & Enquiries Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and manage inbound leads effectively.
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing relevant information about products or services.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Organize and manage customer follow-ups, keeping them informed about updates, promotions, and events.
7. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the sales and marketing team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
