BARISTA (JUNIOR / SENIOR)

1. Beverage Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar station at all times. Suggest beverages to customers based on their preferences and promote signature menu items. 2. Kitchen Support: Assist in the preparation of light meals, desserts, and signature items such as [insert popular menu items, e.g., pink burger or macarons]. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen area. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy periods. 3. Cashiering & Customer Service: Operate the cash register efficiently, process payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. 4. General Duties: Restock and organize inventory for the bar, kitchen, and cashier station. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and setting up work areas. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving processes and services.
