Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant /Officer to support our accounting team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with some experience in accounting or finance who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Job Descriptions • Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system. • To handle Account receivable, other accounting functions • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, bills and filing to support all accounting entries. • Updating financial records. • Maintain AR account and generate analytical report. • Assist to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status. • Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management. Job Requirements • Good knowledge of accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel. • Strong team player skills with close attention to detail. • Good analytical٫ numerical and presentational skills. • Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in accounting٫ finance or other relevant areas; relevant qualifications such as ACCA will be an added advantage. • Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Hardworking and possess a positive working attitude. • Must be dedicated and committed to the task given. • 1 to 2 years and above experiences in accounting field is preferable. • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
