Location: Gelang Patah (Kawasan Perindustrian SILC, Iskandar Puteri), Johor Company Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. Position: Production Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Plan and Implement Production: Develop and execute the production plan for the workshop, ensuring timely progress and maximizing production efficiency. Manage Production Process: Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process and workshop operations, including leading and coordinating production activities while implementing 6S management practices. Control Production Costs: Monitor and control production costs, optimizing resource allocation and budget management. Supervise Staff: Lead and manage workshop employees, ensuring effective performance, adherence to company standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices within the production workshop to ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate with Other Departments: Facilitate communication and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues. Additional Tasks: Handle any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing. However, candidates without experience but willing to learn is also encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of production processes, efficiency improvement, and cost control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in MS office, Production Management Software and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
