JOB DESCRIPTION – QC INSPECTOR Qualification and Experience: 1. Diploma in Engineering or other equivalent qualifications. 2. Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Control environment/related to Quality aspects. 3. Experience with composites manufacturing environment will be an advantages. Responsibility: 1. Quality Control daily work within area/work scope. Shall work together (support) with manufacturing on program daily schedule, including extend working hours (when required). 2. Attend meetings (when necessary) when involving Quality issues within area/work scope. 3. Inspect/verify production item and paperwork (filtering) and report all non-conformances (i.e NCR). Assist the completion (efficiency) action exhaust from the MRB discussion and NCR activities within area/work scope. This shall be made together with the QC Leader/QE/manufacturing personnel of the section. 4. Perform daily work according to the schedule plan, procedures and specification and report work achievement to the QC Leader or MRB when required. Report to QC Leader/MRB if any discrepancy/anomalies identified. 5. Provide monitoring sheet or/and inspection result/trend when require by QC Leader/MRB members in area/section. 6. Ensure the inspection tasks, execution and completion (within the specified time) and to provide improvement on problem within work scope when required. 7. Assist QC Leader in achieving quality target (improvement) on quality KPI (key performance index) of area and work scope. 8. Perform regular audits (when required) of his area/work scope to enforce and to maintain conformance/compliance. To raise CAR for any deviation from company and customer procedures and specification in order to ensure the process, system, procedure, etc are been corrected and improved as per plan. 9. Liaise and maintain good communication with customer, other sections, and departments or third party on daily work. 10. Provide visual management and maintain good housekeeping in area. 11. Perform other works as when assigned by immediate superior and Quality Manager. 12. Initiate, lead and promote continual improvement on work area, system procedures, process approach and tools and communications towards achievement of the company objectives on Quality, Cost and Delivery.
