CNC Supervisor

Job Description 1. Assign tasks to CNC Operators and Machinists to ensure smooth operations and productivity. 2. Monitor manpower allocation and machine setup to meet production requirements. 3. Troubleshoot operational an technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. 4. Perform product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and company specifications. 5. Control and reduce machine reject ratios through effective process management and corrective actions. 6. Check and ensure the availability of tools, inserts, and other essential resources for seamless production. 7. Inspect tools and equipment regularly to confirm they are in good condition and ready for use. 8. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities to prevent unexpected breakdowns. 9. Review and update the production schedule to meet deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities. 10. Conduct training programs for CNC Operators and Machinists to enhance skills and maintain high performance. 11. Evaluate the performance of CNC Operators and technicians to identify areas for improvement and recognition. 12. Review production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements or cost reductions. 13. Assess and control operating costs, implementing strategies to increase productivity and profitability. 14. Research and propose new tools, technologies, or methods to drive continuous improvement in operations. 15. Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining and updating relevant documentation and processes. 16. Other ad-hoc as per assign by management. Job Requirement: 1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 2. Certifications in CNC machining or programming are an added advantage. 3. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in CNC machining, including supervisory or leadership roles. 4. Understand Cutting tool / CNC Auto Lathe tool, CNC Auto Lathe machine 5. Can edit and read G code & M code of NC program 6. Design or improve CNC parts layout 7. With experience “Swiss type CNC Auto lathe machine” (option)
