We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements Prepare and organize documents and reports, ensuring that they are accurate and delivered on time Answer phone calls and respond to emails, filtering and prioritizing as needed Conduct research and compile data as required Assist with personal tasks as required, such as booking reservations or handling personal errands Qualification: Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
