  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Project Manager (Building Solutions)

Location: Sg Buloh

Salary Range: RM13000 to RM16000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project management processes.
  • Use tracking tools to monitor project progress and assess costs against the budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for quick responses and smooth payment collection.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, designers, and construction teams to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to meet overall company objectives.
  • Prepare essential project documents such as plans, specifications, and material submissions.
  • Participate in project meetings, manage assigned tasks, and report on progress regularly.
  • Track project costs and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Handle progress claims and invoicing for clients.
  • Order materials based on the project BOM and monitor their delivery.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve project margins.
  • Enforce safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Configure and test systems before handing them over to clients.
  • Transition completed projects to the service team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction or building technologies with project management experience preferred.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
