JOB SCOPE: 1. Handle and process Purchase order, Delivery order, invoice and price quotation. 2. Inform delivery schedule and ensure shipments meet customers. 3. Attend to customers sales inquiries via phone, email and walk-in to assist their needs. 4. Liaise with the sales team to update on new product quotation, order status and delivery tracking. 5. Perform administrative duties, including documentation and update reports. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Candidate must possess at least a higher/SPM or equivalent. 2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply: on-the-job training will be provided. 4. Able to work under a fast - paced and pressure environment.
