- Handling full set of accounts, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules. - Managing a complete set of accounts, which includes General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) - Conducting end-to-end accounting operations. - Overseeing daily finance operations including the payment and collections. - Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability. - Preparing income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities. - Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes. - Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes. - Assists the directors in managing the finance and accounting activities of an organization. - Assist in all aspects of operating a finance department. - Prepare monthly financial statements. - Research and resolve accounting issues. - Assist in managing cash flow. - Maintain and report financial information. - Work closely with accounting expert team. - To liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers etc - Assist in setting up, update and standardization and maintenance of accounting system i.e SQL Accounting system - Ad-hoc, weekly and comprehensive monthly management report. - To perform additional ad-hoc job as assigned by the management.
