Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of UBS Systems and MS Office.
  • Capable of handling and submitting EPF, SOCSO & Income Tax (PCB).
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

  • Handle and submit GST/SST.
  • Prepare monthly salary and salary slips for all staffs.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely management accounting report.
  • Ensure complete and proper filling of documents and records.
  • Maintain full set of accounts, inclusive of preparing payment (online), monthly bank reconciliation and month end journal such as:-
  • a) Handle daily accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Receivable.

b) Handle accounts receivable and monitor payment from receivable.

c) Responsible for general ledger transactions and ensuring the accuracy.

d) Review and be responsible for the accuracy of the accounting reports and payments.

Basic knowledge of accounts, UBS n P & L & Admin work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
