Job Description: As the APAC Lead for Incident Readiness and Proactive Services in Accenture's Cyber Readiness and Response team, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients' cyber resilience through proactive planning, readiness assessments, and strategic incident response preparation. You will lead a team focused on ensuring that our clients are prepared to effectively manage and mitigate cyber threats. • Design and deliver comprehensive cyber crisis simulations to test and enhance clients' readiness for real-world cyber threats. • Facilitate realistic scenarios that evaluate and improve clients’ incident response capabilities and organizational resilience. • Lead and conduct technical tabletop exercises to assess the effectiveness of incident response procedures and coordination among teams. • Develop and present scenarios that challenge clients’ technical response teams and evaluate their ability to handle complex incidents. • Create and refine incident response plans tailored to clients’ specific needs and risk profiles. • Ensure plans are up-to-date, practical, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed incident response playbooks that guide clients through various types of cyber incidents. • Ensure playbooks are actionable, comprehensive, and integrate with clients’ existing response frameworks. • Provide advisory services to improve clients' overall incident readiness, including risk assessment, gap analysis, and recommendations for enhancements. • Collaborate with clients to implement and test recommendations to strengthen their cyber resilience. • Work closely with the broader DFIR team and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated incident response strategies. • Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly desirable. • Deep expertise in cyber crisis simulations, technical tabletop exercises, and incident response planning. • Proficiency in developing and implementing incident response plans and playbooks. • Extensive experience in delivering cyber crisis simulations and technical exercises, with a proven track record of improving incident readiness. • Experience working in a consulting or advisory role within the cybersecurity domain is preferred. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are preferred.
