ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY 1. Collaborate with the Production team to determine actionable and efficient production schedules based on customer requests, expected delivery dates, plant resources, equipment capabilities and inventory availability. 2. Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents. 3. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products. 4. Collaborate with the Procurement team to keep materials ready by coordinating requirements, inventorying stock, placing orders, managing shipments and verifying receipt of supplies. 5. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. 6. Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers. 7. Respond to any inquiries from the consumer. 8. Tracks sales data, maintains materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares reports. 9. Tracks product line sales and costs by analysing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data. 10. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data. 11. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. 12. Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety guidelines and practices. 13. Assist in carrying out risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. 14. Understand and embed company QMS, Sustainability and Health & Safety policy, core values and operational goals. 15. Understand and follow company ISO 9001 processes and practices.
