Job Description: - Develop and enforce facilities management policies to ensure efficient operations. - Oversee maintenance and repair activities for company buildings, equipment, and grounds. - Manage the facilities budget, ensuring effective allocation and expense control. - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs. - Ensure facilities comply with safety standards and building regulations. - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet their facilities needs. - Supervise and mentor the facilities team, ensuring proper training and performance. - Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency. - Prepare and present reports on operations, maintenance, and expenditures to management. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of facilities management experience, including leadership. - Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety protocols. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
