Customer Service Executive (RM2,500 - RM3,400)

Position: Customer Service Enterprise (ECSU) Location: Sunway Pinnacle, Bandar Sunway, Selangor Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,400 (based on experience) Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Contract: 1 year contract (Renewable based on performance) Company Overview: A leading telecommunications provider in Malaysia, offering a wide range of mobile plans and services including Postpaid, Prepaid, and Broadband services nationwide. The company has invested heavily in its network infrastructure, building a high-speed, Fiber-Optic network that covers most major cities and towns in Malaysia. Job Description: • Handling incoming calls and enquiries promptly from corporate client accurately and professionally. • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction. • Handling general enquiries exp: billing, account, promotion etc. • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction. • Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity. • Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution. • Participate in ad hoc projects as required. • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader. • Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions. • Any other duties assigned by the team leader. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree with at least 3-6 months experience in a contact center, customer service, customer support, or BPO environment. Proficient in English. Willing to work rotational shifts. Additional Allowances: OT allowance. Shift allowance.
