Purchasing Executive
- Procurement Management: Source and purchase materials, goods, and services in line with company needs, ensuring timely availability to meet operational requirements.
- Vendor Relations: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers, negotiating the best possible terms (price, delivery, quality, etc.).
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor and manage procurement budgets to control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Purchase Order Management: Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment of materials.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage ongoing relationships to ensure favorable terms, delivery schedules, and product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that products purchased meet company quality standards and resolve any issues related to product defects or delays.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics (delivery times, quality, pricing), and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Market Research: Continuously research market trends and suppliers to keep informed about new products, materials, and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and supplier information.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis to senior management.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in a similar industry). Skills: Personal Traits:
