A Principal must be prepared to face a wide range of challenges and responsibilities daily. They should be able to communicate in public and spend time on their own completing administrative assignments. Their main duties and responsibilities include: Creating an academic program for students that meets MSU standards Working closely and communicating with students’ parents Helping assess students’ needs and development Selecting, training, supporting and assessing staff Providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students Using data to track student performance and produce reports Controlling College finances Ensuring the safety of all student in the institution/programmed.
