BIM COORDINATOR

The BIM Coordinator shall report to Project Manager and his responsibilities shall include:- - Developing JKR BIM implementation plans and ensuring their adherence throughout the project lifecycle. - Leading BIM coordination meetings to facilitate problem resolution and to enhance project collaboration. - Creating and managing digital construction models and ensuring their compatibility and integration with other models. - Training and supporting team members in BIM processes and tools. - Performing clash detection checks to reduce conflicts during construction phases. - Assisting in the technical management of subcontractor models and data exchanges. - Maintaining project documentation and ensuring systematic storage and retrieval of project information. Requirements:- • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent. • Must have at least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in Construction / Developer/ Consultant firm is required for this position. • Preferable candidate with experienced in handling Government projects. • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written. • Posses good and positive attitude.
