• Assist in overall HR function namely recruitment, compensations & benefits, staff engagement activities, training & development, payroll, and office administrative tasks. • Assist and coordinate internship placement and programs. • Assist in job fairs, campus fairs, and other roadshows. • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, eg. employment contracts, and recruitment guides. • Work together, communicating and collaborating with other departments. • Prepare HR Reports monthly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, leave report and etc. • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries. • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information. For example: annual leave, emergency leave and sick days taken. • Handling the first level of checking and review on the monthly claim process. • Handling daily operation on admin works. Job Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • A team player and fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Good at prioritizing, results-driven, and able to work well under tight deadlines.
