Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. • Fresh graduates encourage to apply, • Advance skill in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & Autocount Accounting Software. • Good attitude, responsibility and discipline. • Able to work under pressure to meet deadline. • A good understanding of accounting principles. • Communicate effectively. • Able to read and write in English • Preferred stay area Kajang, Bangi & Putrajaya Responsibilities: • Solves customer issues and performs general office tasks, such as answering the phone, typing letters and filing. • Assist in the day-to-day administration and operational tasks • Prepare Payment Voucher, Petty Cash Voucher, Official Receipt, Journal Voucher and other accounting transactions. • Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation. • Ensure all accounting records are updated and reconciled in the accounting system. • Ensure all the documents are properly filed for yearly audit.
