We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist. This position will be located in

What you’ll do
- Frequent contact with customers to serve inquiries
- Enter orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Update price lists accurately and on time
- Invoice daily shipments
- Manage the customer master file by creating and maintaining it
- Arrange and coordinate samples
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards
- Perform all duties in full compliance with all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures
Who you are
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any business-related field
- You are fluent in Malaysian and English, both written and spoken
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in sales or customer service
- You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, are hardworking, and have a can-do attitude
- You have experience with a matrix organization, which would be a big plus
- You have experience using SAP or similar systems
