Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to oversee and support the operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, handling business licenses, and coordinating with staff to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain all business licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with outlet staff to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve any issues.
- Monitor operational performance and provide reports to management.
- Assist in optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure operational standards are met across all outlets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of business licenses and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,974.30 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
