Job Description:

  • Customer Appointments:

o Answer incoming calls and schedule customer appointments.
o Contact customers to confirm or reschedule appointments.
o Efficiently manage appointment slots to maximize scheduling.

  • Invoice Management:

o Ensure the accuracy of all invoices.
o Issue invoices and obtain customer signatures.

  • Customer File Management:

o Handle customer files by documenting, sorting, and keeping them ready for use.
o Check customer documents (e.g., consent forms) and ensure they are properly signed.

  • Customer Reception:

o Greet and receive customers warmly upon arrival.
o Provide an introduction to the company and its products.

  • Inventory and Stock Management:

o Order, receive, and conduct stock counts for inventory, stock, and utilities.

  • Front Desk Environment:

o Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and front-end area.

  • Customer Communication:

o Send promotions, birthday wishes, and greetings to customers to enhance customer engagement.

  • Document Handling:

o Receive and send out documents as needed.
o Check emails regularly, print memos, and inform the Person in Charge (PIC) accordingly.

  • Others:

o Support company event & function when necessary
o Perform any other expressed or implied duties required by the superior

Requirements:

  • Min SPM & above
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, MS Office, etc)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and invoices
  • Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively
  • Familiarity with front desk and customer service operations
  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Able to work 6 days

Benefits:

  • Product Sales = 3% Other Incentive (Based on performance) = RM500 to RM1,000

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
