  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attend and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email, or live chat.
  • Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
  • Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's products.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Age Group: 18-55 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
