  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role:

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing exceptional service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Confidently address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Sales & Support:

  • Drive telesales for Life Insurance products, contributing to team sales targets.
  • Respond promptly and diligently to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Process full settlement requests and coordinate the dispatch of redemption merchandise to customers.
  • Serve as a reliable team player by performing relief functions during the absence of team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Location: Petaling Jaya

Salary range: RM2,000 - RM2,000 (Based on qualifications) + RM600 (Fix allowance)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
