Job Description:
· Procure of spare parts, raw materials, consumable item and services required by end user and ensure the delivery are on time.
· Source, select & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goods & services in line with project timelines (local & overseas).
- Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, non-conforming parts & warranty claims.
- Delivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversee suppliers on time delivery & quality performance.
- Support tender team to obtain latest cost from suppliers.
- Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations.
- Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- Participate in supplier audits.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Engineering or any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
- Preferably working experience in project manufacturing & assembly environment.
- Mechanical or Electrical knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skill & attention to details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team & adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
