KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, software, systems, networks, applications, and management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including user access and component configuration.
- Manage and monitor all installed network appliances, systems, and related infrastructure.
- Record and maintain inventories of hardware and software, site/server licensing, and user access.
- Ensure optimal network connectivity and infrastructure availability.
- Provide technical support and respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Collect and analyze information to evaluate existing or proposed systems.
- Collaborate with business leadership and management teams to identify pain points, requirements, and IT expectations.
- Develop and implement solution roadmaps aligned with business unit goals.
- Engage with business teams to prioritize responsibilities in accordance with the overall roadmap and plan.
- Build long-term relationships between IT, business teams, and vendors.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of IT initiatives and projects.
- Create system guidelines and manuals.
- Document processes and maintain records for systems and networks, including detailed flowcharts and diagrams outlining capabilities and procedures.
- Assist in IT audits or certification processes.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies to recommend hardware, software, and solutions for purchase or implementation.
- Collaborate with technical staff (e.g., networking) to ensure system connectivity and compatibility.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding information processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
- Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Manage new assignments and tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
- Execute duties as instructed by superiors to benefit the company.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Computer Systems and Network) or Information Technology.
- Professional proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no more than 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage work-related stress
- Strong capability to work independently
- Excellent analytic skills and logical thinking
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
