As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and closing sales for our premium PPF and coating packages. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building relationships with dealerships, workshops, and showrooms, and promoting our services through cold calls, direct outreach, and in-person meetings. This is a commission-driven role, where your earnings will be based on the deals you close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to target customers, including car dealerships, auto workshops, and showrooms, to introduce and sell our PPF and coating packages.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services, including the benefits and features of PPF and coatings, to effectively communicate value propositions and answer customer inquiries.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, showcasing our services to key decision-makers at dealerships, workshops, and showrooms.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals and close sales by demonstrating the value of our services and addressing customer needs.
- Brand Awareness & Promotion: Promote our services through various channels to increase local brand awareness and drive new business.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and deal progress to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in automotive services or related industries (car detailing, auto parts, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of car detailing services, including PPF and coatings, is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
- Comfortable with cold calling, meeting clients in person, and working with a commission-based structure.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person visits.
