The Finance Admin – Account Payable & Account Receivable will be responsible for all AP & AR matters across multi-countries.

Responsibilities
Accounts payable

  • Manages outgoing bills and invoices, such as payments related to vendors invoices, employee’s expenses and reimbursements, update and maintain expenditure records.

Accounts receivable

  • Recognise revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, and preparing and mailing invoices, collect revenues by contacting clients about delinquent accounts and notifying clients of insufficient payments by providing Statement of Account.
  • Review and ensure company policies and procedures are appropriate, effective, efficient and being adhered to pertaining to accounts payable and account receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports, verify account accuracy, and follow internal accounting controls.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account payable and account receivable or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP & AR processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and process payments accurately.
  • Aptitude for resolving discrepancies and issues related to invoices and payments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other finance team member/s and departments.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing financial systems and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
