Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain project-related documentation, records, and reports.

2. Ensure accurate filing and version control of all project-related materials.

3. Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

4. Act as the main point of contact for project-related administrative inquiries and communications.

5. Facilitate communication and information flow between internal teams and stakeholders.

6. Assist in preparing project-related correspondence, forms, and reports.

7. Perform general administrative tasks to support the project team’s daily operations.

8. Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in administrative roles.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, or a similar administrative support role.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

5. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Experience in supporting project teams in the construction or interior design industry is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
