Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Therapist at Regenàvie located in Johor Bahru. A Beauty therapist is responsible to provide a wide range of beauty service and treatment such as basic facials, reGlow Ice Fire, GF Ionic Treatment, resurface treatments, rejuvenate HIFU, Picosure Skin Laser, relaxing massages, and others treatment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for client arrangements including answering clients' queries on any platform such as WhatsApp/Phone call/Walk-in, arranging for scheduling through the system, booking of appointments, and registering of sales.
Assist in sales & marketing tasks.
To be responsible in any administrative task regarding aesthetic business.
To assist in providing proper training to another therapist.
To conduct consultation for clients on the therapist and treatments.
To recommend and advise clients about the center's treatment packages and products.
To advise about Pre & Post-treatment procedures.
Undertake non-surgical procedures like, chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, High Intensity Frequency Ultrasound, and Radiofrequency.
Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures.
Assist in evaluating clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
Properly sterilize beauty tools and equipment after every use.
Promote the center’s and/or its activities.
