GLEAM TEAM Responsibilities:

  • Online Platform Management: Take ownership and optimize Lumi Beauty’s stores on Zalora, TikTok Shop, and other platforms, ensuring we shine across all touch-points.
  • End-to-End Online Sales Management: Responsible to support and execute the entire process of Lumi Beauty’s online sales platforms, from product listings to post-sales support with the team.
  • Campaign, Launch, and Event Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns, product launches, and events with precision, ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met without compromise.
  • Online Stock Fulfillment: Accurately monitor inventory levels, manage stock availability, pack and coordinate with the team for timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier services to ensure timely and efficient deliveries while proactively addressing any logistical challenges.
  • Customer Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Promotions & Analysis: Develop and implement promotional strategies, analyze their performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Adaptable Job Scope: Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as business objectives evolve.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review sales trends, platform analytics, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows and effective execution of strategies.

What does it take to be part of the GLEAM TEAM:

  • Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms, especially Zalora and TikTok Shop, with a willingness to learn and adapt to additional platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities to ensure campaigns and launches are executed accurately and on time.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing customer queries and collaborating with teams.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and optimizing platform performance.
  • Creative flair for designing engaging product presentations and campaigns.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • A passion for beauty and skincare is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
