Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings and daily activities.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks, such as preparing documents and correspondence.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and other logistics for the CEO.
  • Act as a communication liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a diploma in secretarial studies or other business related field.
  • Prior experience in related field is preferred; welcome fresh graduates.
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.
