Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings and daily activities.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks, such as preparing documents and correspondence.
- Arrange meetings, travel, and other logistics for the CEO.
- Act as a communication liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties.
- Maintain confidentiality and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma in secretarial studies or other business related field.
- Prior experience in related field is preferred; welcome fresh graduates.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
