Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and cultivate potential new clients while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Building Management and Energy Management solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to create and execute business development strategies specific to the Kuala Lumpur region.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to align business objectives, strategies, and reporting.
  • Provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency and energy effectiveness for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that address client challenges and goals.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress toward targets.

Requirements:

We’re seeking a technical salesperson who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a blend of:

  • Technical Expertise: A background in mechanical, electrical, automation or BMS is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in technical sales or business development, with a passion for success and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster relationships across various levels, including building managers, consultants, and facilities management.
  • Customer-focused:A commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
