Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Overseeing the financial operations and strategies of the holding company and its Group companies.
  • Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handling daily accounting entries and performing general accounting support tasks. Managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Directing and managing the following:
  • Month-end closing of management accounts for all companies.
  • Yearly accounts audit & preparation of audit schedule.
  • Annual tax filing, tax forecasts, and other tax matters.
  • Internal records, including preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.
  • Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Budgeting & forecasting, including budget control and monitoring.
  • Evaluating investment opportunities and assessing potential risks.
  • Communicating financial performance, strategies, and objectives to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and lenders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • Attending to ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Administrative Work:

  • Supporting the company's administrative function.
  • Coordinating and supervising office activities and operations in compliance with company policies.
  • Managing the Finance and Accounts Shared Services Office
  • Managing directors’ personal administrative matters.
  • Assisting in other ad-hoc administrative work given by directors.
  • Working and coordinating with other companies to ensure smooth and effective operation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a holding company or multinational organization.

Requirements:
Candidate with shorter notice period or can join immediately will be given preference.
