We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our diverse range of services and product lines. This includes digital advertising spaces, blockchain training and development solutions, fintech services, and financial services. The role requires a highly motivated individual capable of driving sales, coordinating digital marketing efforts, and designing effective sales strategies and channels.

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Up to RM8,000/month

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Market and sell digital advertising spaces, building and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.
• Promote and sell blockchain training and development solutions to enterprises and individuals.
• Drive sales for fintech and financial services, targeting key industry players and emerging markets.
• Design and implement sales matrices and channels to streamline sales processes and improve performance.

Marketing Coordination:

• Oversee and coordinate digital marketing efforts with external agencies to promote the company’s services and product lines.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with design teams to create impactful marketing materials and ensure cohesive branding.

Sales Performance and Strategy:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop innovative sales strategies and channels to penetrate new markets and enhance revenue streams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.

Digital and Blockchain Marketing:

• Work with digital marketing teams to craft compelling strategies for blockchain training and development solutions.
• Ensure campaigns for fintech and financial services align with company goals and resonate with target audiences.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in digital advertising, blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, blockchain solutions, and fintech services.
• Ability to design sales matrices and establish effective sales channels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
• Mindset: Target-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
