Leasing Executive

Job Description

• Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
• Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retails development.
• Plan and execute the leasing activities for retailers.
• Establish & maintain good landlord tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
• Support the Senior Manager, Leasing in formulating and implementing leasing strategy analysis for rental rate, occupancy rates, planning & implementing tenancy in retail mall.
• Attend to tenants leasing queries, requests, comments, and complaints with objective to rectifying or resolve issues for services improvement.
• Ensure timely deposit, rental collection, and renewal of tenancy agreements.
• Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation, generate leasing report as well as any other related documents with regards to tenancy transactions.
• Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit-out, Facility Maintenance & Operations.
• Analyze tenants’ sales & overall performance.

Education Qualifications

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies or Administration or Management or equivalent.

Relevant Experience

• At least 2 years of working experience in Tenancy, Administration or similar.
• Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of the IFCA system is an added advantage.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Mall Leasing or equivalent.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 22 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
