We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresh Graduate to join our dynamic Human Resources recruitment team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in HR by gaining hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Provide administrative support in HR operations, such as preparing HR documentation and handling inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Stay updated with HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR processes and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Internship or prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is an advantage.
