Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the hospitality, tourism, and travel sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and solution demos to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with business clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client engagements using CRM software.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Industrial experience in hospitality, tourism, or travel sector is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
