Executive of Warehouse

Working Days & Time:
Monday - Friday (8.20am - 6.00pm)

Job Descriptions
1) Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as necessary.

2) Warehouse Organization:

• Ensure a well-organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Implement efficient storage systems to optimize space and accessibility.
• Oversee the allocation of items in the warehouse to minimize handling and storage costs.

3) Staff Management:

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.

4) Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.
• Investigate and report any workplace accidents or incidents.

5) Reporting:

• Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping accuracy.
• Provide regular updates to management on warehouse operations.

6) Quality Control:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of products.
• Address any quality issues promptly and appropriately

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
