Overview
Our client has built a strong reputation for technology and innovation as a gaming equipment supplier across markets in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Macau and Laos. They are seeking an experienced professional to lead the support team in overall operations including the commissioning, installation and maintenance of slot machines, electronic table games (ETG) and systems for casino/clubs in both local and overseas markets.

Remuneration
Up to RM 9,000 based on work experience
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership Lead the TSS team of 8 members by overseeing daily support operations, creating monthly rosters and ensuring adherence to SOPs and codes of conduct
- Technical Support Manage and deliver timely Level 1 technical support for machines, ETGs and systems to meet SLA requirements for both local and overseas markets
- Customer Relationship Liaise with customers to address technical enquiries, provide resolutions and convey customer feedback or complaints to relevant teams for improvements
- Reporting and Verification Verify weekly job sheets and mileage claims for approval and ensure all operations-related reports are prepared and submitted on time
- Product Management Oversee product upgrades including software testing, machine game changes and the efficient rollout of new products or updates
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of technical support experience in gaming industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
- Strong knowledge in computer hardware, software and computer networking with understanding of AC/DC fundamentals an added advantage
- Proven ability to resolve technical issues effectively with timely support and minimal disruptions
