General
1) To assist the Manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
2) To assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
1) Foreign workers administration including new application (KDN), work permit application and renewal at Immigration Department, medical check up processing (FOMEMA), leaving country processing, compensation claim or liaising with other relevant government department.
2) Handling the complete administration of monthly and yearly payroll activities including EPF, SOCSO and other relevant statutory bodies
3) Administering and monitoring internal or external training and development activities, liaising with training provider, application of Human Resource Development Fund training grant and claim.
4) Coordinate and monitoring company panel clinics and medical claims.
5) To liaise with contract workers supplier, checking workers’ attendance and prepare monthly payments.
6) Maintain all personnel records for general workers including checking attendance, overtime and key in leaves record into system.
7) Ensure the compliance of company regulations by issuing memo and to provide counseling and assistance when and while required.
8) To handle office administration including rental agreement of Cleaning Services, Photocopy Machines, Canteen, Security Guard Services, Pantry, Uniforms, Shell Super cad Services and Office Stationeries.
9) Maintains strict confidentiality of all matter pertaining to work.
