Retail Associate - Apple Store (iTworld, Midvalley Megamall)

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers by greeting them and customize solutions based on customer needs.
• Share your passion and knowledge for IT products by clearly explaining the benefits and features to diverse audiences, while providing exceptional customer service to everyone.
• Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
• Achieve sales target by promoting products to customers.
• Perform daily retail operations, including tasks like preparing sales reports, conducting stock take, and more.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in retail. Having knowledge in IT technology and gadgets is a plus.
• Minimum SPM or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Patience, self-motivated, positive attitude and sales driven.
• Previous retail experience and having IT product knowledge is an added advantage.
• Familiar working in retail environment.
