Responsibility
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Distribute information within the office and ensure effective communication channels.
- Draft and proofread official documents, emails, and announcements.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including company documentation.
Support to Management:
- Assist in coordinating projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Provide support to executives and managers as needed, including scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Provide any additional support to clients and superiors as requested
Travel Arrangements:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Ensure travel itineraries are communicated and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
