Responsibility

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records.

Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Distribute information within the office and ensure effective communication channels.
  • Draft and proofread official documents, emails, and announcements.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including company documentation.

Support to Management:

  • Assist in coordinating projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Provide support to executives and managers as needed, including scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Provide any additional support to clients and superiors as requested

Travel Arrangements:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Ensure travel itineraries are communicated and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
