ACCOUNTABILITY

· Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics.

· Greet customers, answer their questions, helping them to locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.

· Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

· Ensure customer purchase quota (custom policy) are complied.

· Accept payments and return the correct change due as necessary for cash payments, processing refunds and exchanges, and ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.

· Ensure a receipt is issued to every buying customer, and resolve customer complaints.

· Provide bagging and wrapping for all purchases to ensure safe transportation.

· Comply to procedures regarding issuing voucher, gift cards and promotions.

· Maintain a clean workspace.
