Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing Specialist to install, repair, maintain and oversee plumbing systems and fixtures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines.
- Set up and test piping systems for water, gas, and waste disposal.
- Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs, using appropriate tools.
- Repair or replace defective pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan and install plumbing layouts.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Communicate with clients, provide estimates, and address their plumbing needs.
- Maintain and operate plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring proper care.
- Keep accurate records of services, materials, and costs, and prepare required documentation.
- Supervise and mentor plumbing staff, assign tasks, and monitor work progress.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the team’s work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
- Plan and coordinate plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices.
- Handle complex or escalated plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
