Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HVAC Technician & Supervisor to join our team. In this combined role, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians while also performing hands-on installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems. You will oversee the quality of work, provide technical support to team members, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and Support Junior Technicians: Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and assistance on complex installations and repairs.
-Install and Commission HVAC Systems: Perform hands-on installation and setup of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
-Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, providing effective solutions to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction.
-Perform Preventive Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections and maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of HVAC systems and reduce the likelihood of system failures.
-Quality Control and Inspections: Oversee the quality of work performed by technicians, ensuring it meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
-Provide Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for junior technicians, ensuring they understand safety procedures, equipment usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
