Nurse Coordinator W/M (permanent contract)

YOUR POSITION AND LIFE AT HENNER

Your position is based in Kuala Lumpur. Within our entity (25 employees), we are recruiting 1 new Nurse Coordinator to meet our growth challenges.

You take charge of coordinating the care path of our insured persons with severe and / or chronic illnesses (regular contact with our affiliates and our healthcare providers)

You control and validate the requests for insurance contracts: identification of the examinations necessary for the correct apprehension of the current and potential health of the insured,

You control the performance of the business by analyzing the profitability of the various accounts, setting up key indicators and identifying levers for performance improvement

You organize the prevention and well-being services subscribed by our clients.

You prepare regular reports for our insurers and our clients.

YOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITION

You have a medical training (nurse type).

You have 2 years of professional experience in the hospital environment.

You have an high sense of customer service.

You must be bilingual in English in order to carry out your missions.
