ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Crew

• Welcome customers by greeting customers and offer assistance.

• Advice customers by providing information on products; offering suggestions, opinions and demonstration as per customer requirements and needs.

• Plan and executive store sales and profitability targets of the Company, execute store-wide marketing and promotion campaigns.

• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

• Ensure outlet are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness, as well as visual merchandising standards.

• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.

Retail Supervisor

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

• Plan and executive store sales and profitability targets of the Company, execute store-wide marketing and promotion campaigns.

• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.

• To compile and review competitors’ marketing and sales activities periodically, as well as an ongoing collection of market data, trends, and information.

• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

• Maintain outlet staffing by recruiting, training, coaching, counselling and empowering outlet staff; as well as fostering a positive environment.

• Coordinating deliveries, checking inventory numbers, recording missing or stolen merchandise and planning special discount offers as needed.

• Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.

• Contributes to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Ensure outlets are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness, as well as visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.

• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates with Diploma holders such as physiotherapists or related fields will be added advantage.

• 2 - 5 years’ experience in retail or other healthcare lines.

• Highly motivated, target driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Enthusiastic, disciplined and motivated.

• Good interpersonal, client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.

• The candidate that can start immediately will be an added advantage.

• Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

RM1,500 – RM3,500 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification) + Attractive Sales Incentive

WORKING HOUR:

Street Outlet : 9am to 7pm (8 hours shift with some variations at certain locations) Malls Otlet : 10am to 10pm
